Logo Creation | Ivy Education & Decodabook
As the (former) marketing director of my long-time employer in Beijing, China, it was natural I head the creation of logos for our additional projects. Ivy Education was born out of a need to expand our student base - we would use this company to attract ESL students outside of China. Decodabook is a newer endeavor, aimed at helping to level educational books more clearly for English learners. I worked closely with my partner to decide what we wanted each company to be branded as, and landed on these logos as our final products.

Logo Redesign | A.C.E. Camps
As a former colleague developed his own ESL education camps, he sought my help to redesign their company logo. Together, we went through different iterations in hopes of creating something simple and reminiscent of other camp logos.

Logo Creation | RitaChinese.com
As my friend developed an online course to teach Mandarin Chinese pronunciation, she realized she wanted a more branded experience. As we had worked together in the past on her YouTube scripts and course edits, she asked if I would also help her create a logo. Together, we decided on brand colors and fonts. Eventually we landed on the first two logo designs (as seen below), intended to lightly mirror ancient Chinese coins.
Logo Proposal | Seeds In Common
(Via Catchafire) Over the course of a few calls, I worked together with the Seeds in Common team to create a series of proposed logos. Though this project was not completed, the proposal was well-received by the organization. It captured each aspect of their mission, blending the culture with their mission statement.

Logo Creation | Paws for Treats
My closest friend started a company creating 3D-printed cookie cutters for dog treats. She recruited me to help create branded materials she could use as she expanded her sales. So we developed a logo based on her own dog, and then a postcard she could include in orders.
